Reshaping Nature: Where Art & Ecology Intertwine
Agrestal Gardens founder Nick Simms will lead a guided tour of The Haan Museum of Indiana Art’s Sculpture Garden as part of the weekly West Central Indiana educational series, Wednesdays in the Wild.
Explore the garden’s fall colors & unique winter interest while learning about the purposeful integration of native species & their enhancing power for both the garden’s beauty & diversity. Nick will highlight the transformative work of volunteers in establishing native plantings throughout the grounds & explain the importance of maintaining our dried vegetation for pollinator nesting.
Program content is designed for adults, but school-aged children may attend & enjoy depending on their attention span & interest.
Please wear sturdy hiking shoes.
